Satan was there, telling him to keep making “the sign of the cross” (little “c”) while he’s out there promoting the killing of the unborn?
Satan was probably also waving a rainbow pride flag. That was probably very distracting for Joe.

I think that Biden’s eyes were dilated by drugs and he was instinctively trying to avoid the harsh studio lights.

At one point he was looking at the wrong camera. They tried to help him by switching camera’s but he still was looking in the wrong direction.
