If you go back and watch Biden’s past debates you see that he is the worlds best horrible debater.
He is not very bright, he’s lazy and cannot think on his feet and he has poor command of the facts.
So the guy just lies and turns every question into a chaotic fur ball.
He really tore Paul Ryan apart with this strategy and Ryan was at a loss for what to do.
It was like the Joker from Batman just got nominated to the VP . I thought Biden’s performance would turn voters off but they seemed to eat it up.
It will be interesting to see how he does in this debate.
Biden was, is, and has always been a consummate actor.
He believes nothing of what he says.
All of it is to solidify his own personal aggrandizement.

In my view the Dems have a lot to gain with the debate. Either JB flat out "wins" (extremely unlikely even with MSM help) or JB's performance will justify any subsequent replacement.
Trump will, we hope, also recognize that any question presented to him by JB or anything at all the MSM may utter directly or indirectly will likely be an intentional trap.
Best posture IMO is Trump, after checkmating JB on the facts, will treat him somewhat tenderly and convey a sense of sympathy to those who may be thinking of voting for JB.
