I'm type 2 diabetic, on meds for it, on high bp meds, thyroid as well....I am over weight...

lots of comorbidities...

no vax...no covid...and I worked several months on a covid floor in the hospital, not directly,but on the same floor...

none of us here in this hospital have had it, and we've been tested.....

meanwhile, people who got vaxxed up the ying yang get repeatedly sick with supposed covid....

I owe it to our vitamin intake.

I spent a lot of the shutdown era fishing at a nearby lake. They tried closing the park, but saw the folly in that (allowing the homeless free rein while locking the other citizenry out) so the city was content to string yellow tape around the playground, and put up signs. The more well-behaved homeless kind of occupied the park. It was in their interest to keep the ill-behaved homeless out, or subdued, lest they all be 86-ed. The homeless cared not a whit about vaxes or masks, and thought nothing of welcoming strangers from out of town into their midst. Shared pipes, bottles... everything’s fine.

I’ll amend the part about masks. They were adopted to the extent that they concealed identity. Walmart wants them to wear masks, cool...slap on a bandana and waltz right past the greeter. Walmart wants them to pay for stuff...not so much. One guy asked me if I thought his new mask made him look like a ninja. It was black, so I said “sure.” I asked him where he got it, and he said he picked it up in the parking lot at 7-11. Nobody got so much as the sniffles, in that bunch.
