Biden is a figurehead for the current US administration.
The US is not seen abroad as “Biden”. There is very little personalization in this. It is all “The US is doing this” or “The US will do that”. Sometimes it is “The CIA did this”.
It is just the US, and that includes you. And that includes not just current new policies, but stuff that the US has been doing, consistently, since 1945.
Brics is stupid. Its a bunch of people who want to renege on their foreign loans or run deficits without consequences. There is no sugar daddy at the core of Brics.
