EUROSATORY 2024 — Northrop Grumman plans to produce medium caliber ammunition inside Ukraine under a project bankrolled by Ukrainian dollars, a company official said today.
Although several European defense firms have committed to large-scale manufacturing programs inside Ukraine’s borders, Northrop’s coproduction agreement is the first publicly acknowledged deal between a US defense prime and the Ukrainian government for a manufacturing project inside Ukraine.

I think one should consider what Northrop Grumman and other Aircraft companies contributed to our country/military in WWII and beyond...We couldn’t have done what we managed if they hadn’t produced planes ‘round the clock along with the weapons/ammo/vehicle/ships/food industries...There must be some FReepers who must have had some family members who worked for those companies and some may have even lost family members who made use of the products. Not a good time...but this country came through when it counted thanks to all those who got involved..
While Russia is planning to explode them inside Ukraine.
