Strange, I kept hearing this from the idiot lawyers the alphabet news media kept trotting out.
Seems par for the course, really. Drug addicts/drug dealers are actual criminals and we don't go after those who break laws with firearms. We only prosecute those legal gun owners that obey the laws. Criminals are the true victims, so why prosecute them or even hand down any type of punishment?
So of course your lawyer acquaintances would've never heard of or had themselves, tried a 4473 violation case. Perhaps if the last 25 years or longer, if we had feds who applied the laws more towards actual habitual law breakers and not the film-flam sh!t they DO prosecute, then charging such a thing would be more common.
Or perhaps there hasn't been a 4473 violation case where there's been so much unassailable evidence to convict.
At any rate, it doesn't matter: Pedo Joe will either pardon or commute his darling child.
