This is such dishonest "Journalism!" 1st, there are no "Grizzlies" in Yosemite National Park! They are found in, probably, no more than three of the lower 48 states. California ain't one of them. The point is, that this fact should have been apparent to anyone with the mental capacity of Joe Biden. Further, what does "Veteran" status have to do with the thrust of this article? Lastly, if this guy had been mauled by a momma Grizzly defending her cub, he likely wouldn't be around to tell of it!

Too much woke politics in journalism schools. Not enough about research and getting the news right.

Shayne Patrick Burke, a veteran who has survived deployments in Iraq and even a brain tumor, has been through a lot but earlier this month, he was on his honeymoon with his wife, Chloe Burke, at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming when he encountered a new kind of danger — a grizzly bear weighing about 400 pounds and with four-inch sharp claws.

Fake Story- there aren’t nearly enough “Allegedly’s” for the story to be real

From last month:

A grizzly bear who attacked a Massachusetts hiker in Wyoming’s Grand Teton National Park ran away after reportedly biting into the man’s bear spray canister and fogging itself.

All of what you say is true.

However, I and my brother in law were once harassed by a black bear in Yosemite backwoods and he went 500lbs easy.

And he was actually brown in color. Except for the giant florescent orange “x” painted on his back.

We caught multiple 3-4 lb brown trout at the input to Hetch Hetchy lake, but lost the fish, all the groceries we brought in and our backpacks too. He destroyed the camp and we had to evac into the lake.

To this day we are happy he didn’t want to mess with the water.

There are no grizzly bears in Yosemite National Park anymore.
Only black bears remain

Jeeze, its right in the headline. The Bear was visiting Yosemite on her honeymoon. Or maybe she's stalking this guy, since she attacked him in Grand Teton NP last month.
