This happened at a pizza joint in my hometown some 30+ years ago. A gal didn't realize she was pregnant, went into the bathroom and came out with a newborn.

The joke in town at the time was how the pizza shop now offered free delivery :-)

The comic strip For Better or For Worse, now in re-runs, includes the little girl April who was born 4 years ago. She was born at home in a blizzard--a pizza delivery guy got to the Pattersons' house but the weather trapped him there. The father has a hard time getting home--when he finally arrives he sees the pizza truck in the driveway with the sign "We deliver."
