This appears to be a political / military war game analogous to the infamous “Event 201” that served as a planning mechanism for the Plandemic.
I guess it would be a tin-foil hat “conspiracy theory” for which “there is no evidence” to query whether this is actually planning for a (second) false flag / coup d’etat similar to the one that was executed after President Trump’s 2020 re-election. (See the quote below: January 6, 2025? How much more obvious can they be?)

Representative Eric Burleson (R-MO) starts the ball rolling along with a nice showing of House co-sponsors, all drafting a House Resolution to rescend the subpoenas issued by the illicit J6 Committee.
Bannon, Meadows, SCAVINO, and Navarro were all charged with contempt of Congress, while under official presidential immunity, for failure to appear and testify on private and confidential conversations each had with the president.
The Resolution holds the J6 Committee accountable for breaking House Rules in forming the Select Committee, destroying evidence and more details.
