I was able to find this at https://www.timesofisrael.com/sandy-hook-victims-father-wins-case-against-authors-who-claim-shooting-was-hoax/:

“A redacted copy of the actual death certificate is attached to Pozner’s lawsuit. Additionally, Pozner has had DNA samples taken and compared to those provided by the Connecticut medical examiner to prove that Noah was his son. He has put Noah’s birth certificate, report cards and medical records into the public file in his legal actions.

His goal, he says, is to make sure that “normal people” have access to the truth and aren’t persuaded by the hoaxers.”

If that is true, it would be good to see what he submitted with the lawsuit. I suppose it would be in the court documents somewhere...

Based on https://www.tracepointllc.com/single-post/2016/04/22/What-You-Need-to-Know-About-Post-Mortem-DNA-Paternity-Testing , there should be blood samples stored for all the alleged victims so it should be possible to prove whether those victims were seen by the coroner.

So anyway, based on that it appears that there WAS evidence offered to disprove what Alex Jones speculated. That changes my view of what happened in court. At least for right now, I’m going to stop investigating Sandy Hook.
