I have been posting on this issue for at least two years - here on FR, on X and TS; I have written America First Legal, Mark Levin... etc. ➡
How can an unnamed bureaucrat change the whole structure of American Society, the whole structure of the American economy, the whole future of America altogether - by mandating EVs, mandating the sunsetting of fossil fuels, by arbitrarily setting 'fleet mileage' rulings that no current non-electric vehicle can possibly meet ---- AND all of that with not one signature of a people's representative, no public debate, no Congressional involvement❓
AND how can you do all that and not have a totalitarian society❓
This 'Chevron' decision overturns an earlier SCOTUS ruling that was totally unconstitutional and changes at least 30 years of autocratic non-democratic practices by the federal bureaucracies.
Now the Congress will have to try to go back to work❗ How tedious for these folks, eh❓
The fix is in. They’re running big Mike.

Another benefit of removing the administrative state is that congress will have to review all the thousands of new regulations that were made up by unelected bureaucrats the last 30 years and get into the nitty griddy of writing laws that works for the citizens of a republic. I wonder how many useless agencies will disappear because of Chevron. And if they don’t disappear congress will need to be held accountable by electing more people that put America first.
