The hours are annoying, but I’ve been doing it for many years. The tradeoff is that I can take 32 hours of vacation time and get a solid 13 days off once every 6 weeks - if I have the vacation time. Which I do now.
Retirement after September 30, the end of the fiscal year. Holding out for the bonus.
