If "Constitutional eligibility" is still to be strictly interpreted as it was laid out in Vattel's Law of Nations, my "preferred pick" wouldn't be technically eligible. However, with Obama, Heels-Up, Nimrata H., and (I think) Vivek R., and possibly McStain all failing the "eligibility test", who knows? We'll see what we'll see, I guess.

A case needs to go to SCOTUS to determine once and for all what a Natural Born Citizen is. In my mind, it was determined by FReepers digging deep - jus solis and jus sanguinus - born on the soil to parents who are citizens. But legally it needs to be made clear.
