Stupidity can be just as dangerous as ill intent. And if anyone does even cursory research in to the effects of marijuana (I have done a lot) they will know it causes harmful effects, even permanent changes to the brain conginitive function, ability to think rationally, reaction time re: nerves etc - such as driving. And the earlier usage starts, the worse the effects.
