The word “appears” is the incorrect description for what really happened.
Biden is “completely” confused and completely lost in at the G7. He likely doesn’t even know what the G7 is about, and wonders how he got there and why he is there. He is looking fot the White House pool.

Biden appears to be lost and confused at the 50th G7 summit in ItalyNot exactly news. I was totally creeped out by watching him at the "Juneteenth" celebration. While he was seated, he looked lost and disoriented. While standing, he looked like a stiff corpse. Just standing there, with that dumb, open-mouthed gaze he gets -- completely stiff. Just creepy.
