We had a couple of front loaders that were ALWAYS a problem. We had to leave the door open when not washing to reduce mold and they didn’t wash that well.

Yep, so they "sell" a liquid cleaning agent to help reduce the mold. How about design them to not have mold, sheesh.

All FRONT LOADERS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

In order to keep the ater in, the seal has to be tight & reliable.

When done-—Leaving door open to let the moisture from producing mold goes with that.

ONE thing to think about:

A WHOLE HOUSE SURGE PROTECTOR. Not that expensive when compared with totally replacing new machines-—any & all of them
