IMHO a lot of thing made after the year 2000 are junk, particularly appliances.

Now with inflation/shrinkflation/continued outsourcing/education indoctrination/covid...

In order to turn things around we would have to reverse the decades of cultural, ethical and moral rot and that’s not going to happen so yes, not looking good for us at all.
