This article is garbage because the details undercut the headline. I wonder what sort of degenerate needs to attract clicks by writing such nonsense.

I don't think the article is garbage. They set out to prove a point (which escapes you). The experiment is impractical for the average American and can easily lead one astray if they are not seeing the underlying message.

I wonder what sort of degenerate needs to attract clicks by writing such nonsense.

Clever ones who are heavy into fitness and wanted to prove a point.
