Merchan is probably drafting the mistrial papers and schedule Trump’s retrial for July & August.

Besides that, if they don't talk about it, who will notice?
I’m sure it’s being investigated but unless you get proof that it really happened, it’s unlikely to cause a mistrial.

Yes. Saw the same. But it was Merchan who moved first - notifying Trump's lawyers that these comments were published on the Court's Facebook page.
So it was Merchan who was played. If true, its very serious - is he going to do anything about it? And how did a troll get access to the Court's Facebook page?
As usual, the media reporting on this is a shambles.
Thanks for posting that. If NYSC had not contacted him, Merchan would have sat quietly, pretended nothing was wrong, and dismissed any objections.

The person behind the post labeled himself on the social media platform as a “professional s__t poster,” and Merchan did not appear to give any credibility to the post.
“My cousin is a juror and says Trump is getting convicted. Thank you folks for all your hard work!!!!” the post read.

But what made less sense was the fact that Merchan didn't sequester them after they started to deliberate.
My guess is that 11 out of the 12 violated the order to not discuss...etc etc...

This is either real or a Trump supporter who was trying to rig the results.
We know it isn’t the latter because this person would be in the news being crucified by now.....rightfully so.
So we know it was a liberal, probably with a lot of truth to what was posted. The powers that be are trying to determine the best way to proceed.
Figuring out who posted something take almost zero time.
Whatever it was anyone who thinks it was any attempt for this court in this 95% dem district to be fair to Trum or his hundreds of millions of constituents and also supporters is wrong
