No, owner has the keys and approved renters (unless owner signed some agreement to have other management team screen and approve renters). Screening guests is on the host.

Airbnb's contractual arrangement with hosts generally eliminates the company's liability. Airbnb acts as a broker, connecting hosts and guests, and guests are not considered insured.
