#2 have a credit history of these Airbnb people so they will NEVER rent anywhere else again . . ever with Airbnb.
#3Contact Airbnb.
get an eviction notice ASAP
#4et an attorney to attach an lien against these people to hold them liable.

Card on file doesn’t work because cards can be canceled.

Long ago, some landlords wouldn’t rent unless you had to have references from previous landlords.

Make sure to add this last line to your rental agreement:
“I/we understand and agree, the day after the lease expires, the property manager/owner will enter the property and kill anyone, and everyone remaining on the premesis.”
That should cover it.
