A common theme I read in this thread is the view that FR is in decline and I agree with that assessment. It’s my opinion that the primary cause is some Trump supporters are doing their best trying to drive out all those who they feel aren’t true believers. When a forum becomes an echo chamber where the few remaining members just agree with each other, the forum dies

Most people are more concerned about not getting four more years of Joe Biden.
The primaries are over and if you don’t like the GOP pick, you can always go to an opposition site that will embrace your opinion and applaud you for being so bright.

Why is this?
It is always declared “in decline” if someone disagrees with the poster and argues with his opinion. That means that everyone still here is old, mean, and stupid because they don’t agree.
Your words “true believers” “primary cause/Trump supporters” exposes you as being the problem you gripe about.
If you want to oppose Trump there are places to do that. Fighting him here on this site, at this point, is kind of considered working for the other side so you are going to get a lot of flak.
