Most people are more concerned about not getting four more years of Joe Biden.
The primaries are over and if you don’t like the GOP pick, you can always go to an opposition site that will embrace your opinion and applaud you for being so bright.
I hear this constant howling about how this place is is decline.
Why is this?
It is always declared “in decline” if someone disagrees with the poster and argues with his opinion. That means that everyone still here is old, mean, and stupid because they don’t agree.
Your words “true believers” “primary cause/Trump supporters” exposes you as being the problem you gripe about.
If you want to oppose Trump there are places to do that. Fighting him here on this site, at this point, is kind of considered working for the other side so you are going to get a lot of flak.

There is nothing wrong with disagreeing a poster and arguing with their opinion. That is what political discussion forums are all about. What I see and what I believe others here who say that Free Republic is in decline are referring to are the personal attacks and hostility as stated in the article at the beginning of this thread.
