Hate to admit it...but I like a bit of Vegemite...if one doesn’t think it is chocolate frosting before one eats it..but a salty extract of the yeast that is used to make beer...it’s not too bad...IMHO
Actually, if one checks the of ingredients in many food products . Yeast extract is one of them. Vegemite has the “umami” flavor...
