Any normal defendant charged with the same crime as Hunter Biden would have pled guilty and taken a plea deal because there would no chance of acquittal.
Hunter Biden is fighting the case for a couple of reason, jury nullification despite overwhelming evidence the jury just overrides it all and find Hunter Biden not guilty or he’s convicted and gets probation with not time serve and maybe a small fine.
He will like to have the nullification as if he is a felon then his overseas escapades come to an end. Many countries do not allow convicted felons to work
