Seems to be more nuisance as none of the URLs I've tried resolve to reachable sites - but they all have odd looks to them

They don’t care if you get mad or not. They just want that easy Monday. Text them back about the June 4th massacre in China. It gets them in trouble.

I get them, and I’m not even a registered Republican anymore. I block and delete each one I get, but then they send them from another number, and then I block those too.

I get many of these every day. I’ve blocked thousands of their phone numbers, but they probably have millions of them.

SO many of these.
About 5-30 a day for months now.

I report spam and block these but Verizon still lets them through.
I’m using android OS on my phone. Any suggestions that don’t include Apple products?

I am getting 1-3 text almost every hour, I report and block every single one of these as spam. By the tiny URL or whatever it is, I cannot discern between legit, if any, and others.

Delete and Report as Junk, then block the number - after awhile you get less and less of those texts
