Until now, I didn't know sewer scum could talk, let alone testify at an Oversight Committee. The DOJ under Biden will do nothing, but it lays the groundwork for Trump's DOJ to take matters further. Just as well, as the rest of Fauci's crimes likely involve classified information.

For me, the following excerpt is the most infuriating hi-light from the hearing.

Rep. Cloud: “This is one of the things that’s really troubling to the American people, because they look at their lives being destroyed, and there is no one to hold accountable because these systems of accountability have become systems of plausible deniability. And so your name is on every single grant, but yet, you absolve yourself of any sort of responsibility by saying, ‘well, you know, it goes to this committee that’s you know, that has a number of people on it. And they’re approved in block.’ And so there’s no accountability for anything, any of the taxpayer dollars that are going forth.”

Dr. Fauci: “I disagree with you, Congressman, because if you look at the number of grants, we fund thousands of grants. It would be physically impossible for me to go through every single grant in a detailed way to understand that. That is true, not only for me, but for virtually every institute at the NIH.”

Rep. Cloud: “Then why does your signature go on it?

Dr. Fauci: “Because somebody has to sign off on it and you trust the expertise, and the competence, of the staff that go over it…

COVID PLANDEMIC PING

According to RFK Jr’s book, Fauci was the highest paid official in government. In this hearing, Fauci claimes he was never responsible for anything, ever.

Dr. Fauci Held Publicly Accountable by Select Subcommittee

So what? The House can grandstand all it wants, but bills of attainder aren't permitted by the constitution. Fauci probably killed half a million people, but will never see a day in court.

One big flaw in the US Constitution is that the attorney general works for the president, so the president can stop his own attorney general from investigating or charging one of his own cabinet members or administrators.

In 43 of the 50 states, the attorney general is elected separately from the governor and this conflict of interest doesn't exist.

That is true in every organization of size, it is called a rubber stamp.

Fauci signed grants much like Trump signed checks, even though someone else entered the accounting entry.

But we know our Universities etc. are/were infested with Chinese spy’s and military types. At this same time Fauci was rubber stamping grants Congress was “investigating” China’s Thousand Talents Program.

Just previous to the Covid outbreak, we had reports of Chinese spy’s leaving/fleeing OUR universities and country with vials of stuff. I do say vials of stuff because at the time nobody knew what they got away with at the time.

The problem with the Wuhan Lab and Fauci is the grant went through a 3rd Party to continue Gain of Function research that Obama had banned. This is where the crime rests. Were any of those grants specifically for Gain of Function research? And no I am not so naïve to believe on these particular grants Fauci was ignorant as to their intent and purpose.

As opposed to Trump signing checks to his legal counsel who were advising him everything was fine.

During Dr. Fauci’s public hearing, he confirmed previous, concerning testimony and refused to take responsibility for the actions of his office.

And threw Dr. Morens under the bus.

Typical rat. Never takes responsibility for anything.

HE will have to some day when he stands before God and has to answer for far more than this subcommittee could detail.

Held to account my a**.
I want him dragged down a long gravel road behind a pickup truck.
Then we can talk about accountability.
