I still can’t get over Mr. Sulu coming out gay when he did. Hell, he was in the Green Berets starring along side John Wayne. He was a badass on Star Trek. He even shot Lee Meriwether with a phaser in an episode.

They had a “gay pride” thing at college - a small display in a glass case outside of the cafeteria - in there was a picture of (Sulu) G.T. This was many, many decades ago.

Here I thought he was kinda like Bruce Lee (back in the 1960’s) - I was really surprised - I’m walking out of the cafeteria and I see a picture of Sulu and ... whaaaaat?

They were proud (no pun intended) that a couple of “Hollywood Stars” had “come out”

I believe it and I'll explain why......Hollywood is a clique, attack one of them and they all rise up. This restaurant took a risk in losing business with the clique by going public, that they didn't care says that this guys behavior was despicable.

Leonard Nimoy was always gracious to us neighbors and fans here in Boston. He even visited the jewish Nursing Home where I worked because there were some old neighbors from Mattapan who were residents there.

He was a real mensch.
