Maybe the “talking points” are facts?
The case we are dealing with is a report on the state of China-Russia gas negotiations. Is this a “talking point”?
and maybe the report here isn’t fact. I discount it because of the channel reporting it and because there is a lot of made up lies about what is going on. So I believe non of it, especially since I don’t care whether or not it is true. We don’t have a vital national interest at stake here.
