Arguably the greatest offensive lineman who ever played. RIP.

After Anthony Munoz, you’re probably right.

Cowboys don’t win those SBs without Allen.

Cowboys don’t win those SBs without Allen. They only won XXX vs Steelers with him

LOL with Barry Switzer as head coach. Granted they were better with the Jimmy Johnson teams.

I would put Jonathan Ogden up there too.

They did. It’s called suddenly.

Yeah, but they had to stop that powerhouse QB Neil O'Donnell. I was at that Super Bowl, crappy representative from the AFC. The highlight was the opening 3rd quarter onside kick.

5.2...40....not insane. Remember he was young and his heart and muscles could handle his load. If he was anywhere that weight at 52....it is no surprise he died suddenly. Just use your memory...when was the last time you saw a 55 year old 330 lb. man who was not ill?
The nfl gonna’ see lots of it’s mesomorphic strong men die early..if the game continues to require these type of physiques...

I thought there should have been a weight limit for football players, and that was one of the reasons.

When he was about to retire, the Cowboys gave him a one-day (or may a couple?) contract so that he could retire as a Cowboy.
To: BookmanTheJanitor
He sure could move for a big man.
To: dfwgator
I think he was only on the last one (1995 season).
I'll tell you something about the Dallas Cowboys: They must have the biggest scouting staff of any NFL team, because they somehow find top players from some of the most obscure NCAA schools that I never heard of before.
