Retired Army Col. Karl Nell claims nonhuman intelligence not only exists and has been to Earth but has been actively interacting with humanity.
Nell made the statement during a live chat at the SALT iConnections conference, which is billed as a conference for “disruptive innovation” in finance and geopolitics.
Nell cited his previous experience on the Pentagon’s UFO/UAP task force while making the claim. He has previously suggested the government has agreed to hold back top-secret information for some time and suggested that failing to disclose it would be “catastrophic.”
Nell said the interactions between nonhuman intelligence and humanity is not new and has been ongoing. The term “nonhuman intelligence” is one that has been used recently by officials speaking about the possibility of alien life.
Nell has a long career with the Army, has worked for aerospace companies and was the former director of the UAP Task Force, which investigated anomalous phenomena for the Pentagon.
He isn’t the only senior figure to have come forward, with other senior figures like former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense Christopher Mellon and retired Navy Admiral Tim Gallaudet also making many of the same points Nell did.

They picked the wrong crew. With alien tech, I would be totally in charge by now and the aliens would be the first ones I wipe out.
I’d rather aliens from outer space interact with humans than illegal aliens.

On a serious note, I would guess life forms capable of traveling billions of light years could easily make themselves appear as anything they want. Could be your boss, neighbor, or even your wife. I would guess it’s also possible for the minds of humans to be controlled remotely by highly advanced intelligence.
I would submit an alternate hypothesis....
Let’s say the Manhattan Project never ended and continued as a government sponsored research project to develop new energy/military technology.
Let’s say they quickly discovered civilization altering technology.
Let’s say the powers that control the economy and the government, the energy industry, military industrial complex, banking industry, etc... would be negatively impacted by the disclosure of the new technology as it would destroy their levers of control.
How could you get the scientists and researchers to continue developing the tech while convincing them that it could never be disclosed to the public?....
You could tell them it is “alien technology” and to disclose the existence of aliens would cause “mass hysteria” and “societal breakdown”.
It is our technology and it is being hidden from us because our government hates us and doesn’t care about our well being.
Oh, I’ve known for a long time that I’m the only human left, and everyone else is an alien masquerading as human. They’re pretty clever at it, but not quite clever enough to fool ME!

I grew up with the government denying everything related to UFOs and extraterrestrial contact. Now I think the government is using it as a distraction from the problems that they’ve enmeshed us.

Principalities and powers of the air.
They can pretend to be whatever our current culture expects.
Unless they’ve set up cartels to run drugs into the country using flying saucers.
Mostly doing a homeowner’s lawn, or replacing the homeowner’s roof. Many do sheetrock and painting.
