Cheesehead here. I baked my cheese strudel yesterday, half the size i used to. Phyllo sheets , lots of butter, eggs, sugar ricotta, very simple recipe. Forgot the lemon juice. Half gone already.
Also picked three heads of broccoli yesterday. All were ready. No huge but respectable. Haf some with a meal and steamed for 2 monutes, cooled, and vac sealed the resy, 4 bags, enough for dinner for 2.

Came up from the garden. Got a nice bunch of cilantro and first pickings of shishitos. I think we have at least 12 bushes, and some tiny ones. Tomato plants waist high. Lots of green ones.

You cannot beat that ‘Lieutenant’ broccoli! (Bonnie Brand) We’re having a sunny day today, so I’m going to check mine and maybe harvest this evening if it puts on a little more growth, today. ;)
I’m going to have to be VERY mindful of bugs in it - with our wet season, they are a real PITA. Bugs love wet. Jerks, LOL!
