I graduated from a Des Moines High School, 50 years ago. Dowling High was down the road, and at the time was an all male school. The female parochial school was St. Theresa High School. It was rumored among my friends, that parents sent their “problem” kids to Dowling or St. Theresa High. Physical punishment was used liberally back then. I think things have changed since then, but I have no doubt Caitlin has a strong religious background.

If you are using athleticism as a sign of great faith, how religious was Larry Bird or Michael Jordan while dominating NBA games?

Or is this simply an advertisement for Roman Catholocism?

Worshipping sports/athletes is one of the problems with the nation. I recall seeing a bit of a college football playoff game. At commercial break the telecast would leave the game and return to the game with rousing music and quite animated cgi. Psychological hype is a science,....

...even in sports.

My mom was an awazing MOTHER/HOMEMAKER. Hopefully Ms Clark will decide to become one when she grows up and says goodbye to kids games.

“For two hours she lets them have this great experience and she takes that pretty seriously, and knows that those gifts from God are an opportunity to bring joy to other people.”

I know I never gave two hoots and a holler about women’s basketball before, but I actually have been watching Caitlin Clark play basketball and she is a really good player.

She's being given the treatment by racist LGBTQ’ers in the league. She should leave the WNBA behind.

Clark is guilty of multiple offenses.
1. She is an extraordinary gifted basketball player and white.
2. She is heterosexual.
3. She is a practicing catholic that does not hide her faith.
4. Did I mention she was white?

If this lady was black the media would be singing their praises for her talent as they should. They should be doing the same for Clark. THE MEDIA IS A RACIST ON STEROIDS.
