It’s been too long since I’ve been involved with all that. But I know the ones out there with green and purple hair, nose rings and tattoos all over them are a clue of where not to look, or at least to be very wary and have some definite requirements as to something other than ‘hot looks.’
I live in a small county with less than 30K people and a city smaller than that so I don’t see much purple and green hair. I do see tats on a lot of the older women but they’re tamed down quite a bit, usually a loved one’s name or other innocuous image (i.e., not one of the Devil or humongous Ft. Lauderdale license plates). Lots of churches here, too, so that might be worth considering. Today, I’d suspect that if you concentrated on either a good education or a job with some kind of needed trade and future, they might find you. But what the hell do I know. I was married on Dec 6, 1974 and haven’t had to look since then.:0)
I was married two months before you, cancer got her in 2020. I’m 77 now, not really looking but I can still see. :)
