Once Russia conquers Ukraine and “Peace has been given a chance” and a Final Solution is needed, this can replace their old style slave labor camps under Stalin. Just herd the pesky Ukrainians into a destruction point and use the ODAB to liquidate them.
Although, they might keep some of them and their children alive for slave labor as slave labor in the mines and the fields will be useful and profitable for Putin and company.
