Not just any POC will do. In the tech industry, you need to look for the URMs. You need to treat those Chinese and Indian males like they are white folk, and discriminate against them as well.
Companies post “everyone but white/everyone but men” jobs all the time.
If they really did post it as white they were stupid. They need to use the lingo “we encourage non-minorities to apply”. Likemthey skirt around the laws for the jobs they want to go to nonwhite/non-male folks.
