I see at least 6 cops watching the attack seconds before one of the idiot cop stops the wrong guy. Some of them SLOWLY(questioning themselves) reaching for a weapon. One cop grabbed the attacker by the jacket then seen something(Arab man? knife?) and pulled back to watch. While a lady cop screaming "stop.. stop" while doing nothing but watch.

It doesn't stop there. Notice after the attack was over the other cops helped the idiot cop to his feet and walked him away.
