Snowden is only amplifying what Congress is doing. And what Congress is doing is giving further special treatment to the special people. This ain’t the business of Congress at all, especially when the IC is recognized by them. They are protecting Israel at the behest of the Israeli masters. It’s that simple.
It does seem like Congressional action on some type of international agreement We the People haven’t been told about.
