Nellie’s short wave? Unless there’s something out there that I haven’t run across yet, which could easily be, Nellie was only listening, never sending. That would require a bit of a time schedule to be effective. Maybe she sent her call sign to let Ivan know she was listening. I’m guessing NSA knows her schedule? It would be instructive to know what kind of antennae she put up, if any?
