Indianapolis does not change the clocks. They are in a CST area but use EST.

Guys on Indy car radio feel if it clears and there is no second band, they could start as late as 6PM Indy time and get all 500 miles in. Of course if there are a ton of yellow flags.

They just said there is another small sliver of rain that could sneak through

The NASCAR 600 in Charlotte, NC starts at 6:00 EST. My guess is that Larson is already in the air.

I’m in the Indy area and we are in the Eastern time zone. Yes, we change our clocks twice a year. We are probably the westernmost part of the country in the Eastern time zone, so it may seem like Central time.
