Getting to 150 is only half the problem...
Fred Marriott got there in the Stanley "Rocket" in 1907 in about 28 seconds:

My S1000RR will hit 150 in 10.7 seconds. I have the time slip from the drag strip to prove it. I suck at launching from a stop though, so it could probably be done quicker
As far as hauling it back down from 150, I really don't know. At Road America, coming into 5 I'm braking hard enough to float the back tire from about 170 to 50 or so, but I'm not sure how long it's taking. I'm more focused on setting up for the corner.
