My doctor told me to take D3 a couple of years ago.

But above that, because I am one of those "picky eaters" you may have heard of, I have been taking supplements for almost 40 years.   In the 1980's I found Dr. Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible and read it cover to cover, then put together my on regimen with adjustments made through the years.
