Russian President Vladimir Putin appeared tired and rundown during a recent press conference during which he said he was open to negotiating a ceasefire with Ukraine.
Putin was joined on Friday by his closest ally in Europe, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, for a press conference in which the pair discussed the ongoing war against Kyiv, domestic nuclear drills and their continued cooperation.
The Russian President who is turning 72 in October, looked worn down during the event, although no report of ill health has emerged in recent weeks.
The health condition of Putin has been the subject of speculation and rumours for years, with the first major report being released in 2005 and including a claim he had suffered a stroke.

Confession is for the repentant. You? You won't stay out of the laps of these freaky politicians.
Did I say anything about a possible successor being better or worse? No, I did not. It's a serious problem with you Putinskis; you're so consumed with your hatred for Ukraine that you see things that aren't there. The DSM calls that apophenia, and the next step is institutionalization.
See? I wjnd up feeding trolls when I don't even know they're there.
Parkinson’s???
“”Wish in one hand, shit in the other, and see which one fills up quicker.””
There you go again with your stupid knee-jerk accusations, calling everyone that disagrees with you on the Ukraine war is a “Putin supporter”. There are less than a handful of Russia supporters here. The rest of us want to stay totally out of it.
He’s purging the military. He obviously thinks that they might be plotting against him. It’s just a matter of time before they take him out.
