I ran into this after seeing multiple articles about not letting dogs, etc., eat large quantities of cicadas. (We have 2 broods emerging in areas near us.)
This just seemed funny in a way, as this would mean eating most any insect would be a problem for anyone allergic to shrimp, etc. I guess they are just out of luck in the brave new world planned for us. /s
