since you came here in 2018 (According to your profile), that means this is only your 2nd election anniversary, and are not acquainted to the reality that this site becomes quite a competitive affair as we fight for our candidate of choice.
This is one of especially importance as our Republic is under yet another siege that threatens this Republic perhaps even greater than that of the Civil War.
As for newbies or profiles, that is the decision of the person how signed up. Should we male Free Republic an authoritarian type of place? Absolutely not. You are free to stay or leave, and that should be your right, because that is how freedom works. I do not desire an authoritative environment, for this site, and especially not for my government.
