Apparently “The Guess Who” are touring with no original members, and Burton Cummings is suing to get them to stop using the name.
Unless he’s a trademark co-owner it won’t stop. Other groups have had the same problem. The ones that comes to mind are The Temptations and the Supremes. There were multiple acts touring as the ‘original’ groups because one member or former member was with the group...............
