Citizens of States where non-citizens are being registered to vote need to file federal suits for violation of their civil rights, to stop this NOW, BEFORE THE ELECTION. Once the illegal votes are cast, unding the damage is almost impossible, as we have seen.

One would think so and it would not hurt to try; however, similar suits have not been successful; it appears the feds are reluctant to tell a state how to conduct its elections.

Once the illegal votes are cast, undoing the damage is almost impossible, as we have seen.

That is precisely why the founders included a mechanism such as the Joint Session following each presidential election - to safeguard against rogue states that would be tempted to improperly influence the outcome. The Session is called for a single reason: for the Congress to accept or reject a state's purported election results.

In most cases, it is impossible to correct the "errors" and it is a fool's errand to try to correct it on a voter-by-voter basis. If a state registered noncitizens to vote but then made no effort to assure noncitizen voters were not voting for federal offices the entire election must be regarded as patently invalid.
