Look I like this guy but when a person attaches themselves to the car someone is getting dragged. Initial reports on fox was he was dragged for 10 ft.
I seriously doubt attaching yourself to a vehicle is standard curriculum in law enforcement training.....anybody that does that, cop or no assumes responsibility for the outcome IMO.
And why would some nut attach himself to a car? Especially if you’ve been instructed to do what you are doing? How do those boots taste?
