There are dummies at this airbase but poorly done. And USAF ISR drone was surveying the area for almost 24 hours before last nights attack.
Those are NATO/EU nationals flying Ukrainian flagged aircraft. Those are EU or US nationals handling those missiles. American contractors are now maintaining and utilizing all the US air defense and Patriots.... All the Uke crews are dead.
