Shares of the struggling videogame retailer have surged nearly 175% in May through Monday's close, but still remain sharply below their $120 peak of 2021. With today's gains, the stock now has a market value of roughly $9 billion, but at its peak was worth about $37 billion.

Some politician just got paid by someone on Wall Street. You can NOT get any shares to short Game Stop as of yesterday. One KNOWS it’s going to retrace hard, but only the big boys can get shares to short. The markets are COMPLETELY rigged now. It’s total.

Gamestop was being driven into the ground by naked short selling a few years ago. Some Reddit people got together and bought up shares. It caught on and soon Gamestop was surging and crushing the short sellers.
No one would sell enough stock to cover their losses so the losses kept growing every day. Eventually enough people took their profits and bankrupted some of the big boys and funds to billions of dollars.
Looks like its happening again. The little guys are doing this, not the big boys of Wall Street. Looks like some more big losses for the shorts. I love it.
